Home Plate Real Estate & Management’s Home Watch Service is a comprehensive property sitting service
where we watch your home while you’re away. Our service includes the inspection and monitoring of the
interior and exterior of your property. In the event an issue arises, we are there to manage the situation to
make sure your property is safe, secure and unharmed. In the event of a threat to the property or a repair
issue requiring a call to a contractor, we will handle everything on your behalf. Our goal is to provide you
peace of mind with feet on the ground and watchful eyes while you’re away.
All of our agents are actively licensed Real Estate Agents in the State of Arizona. Therefore, we treat your
home like the rental homes we manage on a daily basis. Our standard of care exceeds that of any home
watch service around being that we are a full-service real estate brokerage.
